We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried GP to join our team at Modality Partnership. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the innovation within our partnership.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care through regular appointments, home visits, and general administration for patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the local practice team, engaging the use of associated roles that are attached to the practice.
- Empower patients to manage their individual health conditions.
Modality Partnership is the largest GP super-partnership in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patients and a multi-disciplinary workforce of 1500 staff.
