Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Lead to join our team at Emtec Climate Solutions Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end financial operations, develop financial planning and analysis skills, and contribute to ongoing business initiatives.

About Us:

Emtec Climate Solutions have over 25 years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and building controls. We are expanding our growth plans and require a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial management.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Present financial insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial frameworks and models for new business initiatives.
  3. Create accurate financial forecasts and budgets to support business expansion.
  4. Manage cash flow and working capital while continually improving key financial ratios.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to embed financial controls that enhance customer delivery while maintaining financial integrity.
  6. Oversee key financial processes and ensure effective business partnering with stakeholders.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and mitigate risk.
  8. Collaborate with other finance teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Person Specification:

  1. Strong Excel skills and experience in delivering complex financial models and analysis.
  2. Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  3. Office based and willing to commute in the UK.
