Mortgage Intelligence UK is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our network adheres to regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality reviews of mortgage cases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Assess mortgage, protection, and general insurance cases against regulatory and in-house standards.
  • Provide feedback to field staff to assist with their monitoring of advisers.
  • Report results of assessments and monitor responses.
  • Analyze results to identify trends, areas of development, and potential risks.
  • Contribute to the network's Consumer Duty obligations by considering these obligations in all actions and decisions.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as delegated by your line manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends.
  • Good telephone manner.
