Temporary Showroom Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Temporary Showroom Receptionist to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and making a positive impression on our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a neat and organized workspace
  • Prepare and serve teas and coffees for clients and customers
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude, always eager to help and contribute to the team
