Showroom Host/receptionist

The main responsibility of the host is to provide an efficient, professional, and welcoming point of contact for all visitors to the Centre and take them to the department they are looking for.
Key Accountabilities:
- As Showroom Host you will ensure that the following duties are performed to the highest standards:
- To provide the first point of contact for all visitors to the dealership, creating confidence in the Company by ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.
- Answering incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally. Transferring calls to the correct recipient with a brief concise introduction.
- To greet visitors, offer refreshments (where appropriate), and advise relevant staff of their arrival.
- Take customers to the service/parts department, and locate sales executives Being responsible for ensuring the tea/coffee station and seating area, are kept clean and tidy and the coffee machine is clean checking the area continuously. Ensure only up-to-date magazines/ brochures are available.
- Cleaning the worktops, washing cups, and checking the coffee machine and fridge are fully stocked.
- Regularly inspect the washrooms to ensure that they are clean and fresh and being cleaned to the required standard.
- Take customer’s details when required and to be available to staff external product placements to liaise with inter-departmental staff where necessary and ensure the customer is kept informed without delay To build an understanding and knowledge of the full range of Porsche cars, products, and services
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment is essential and applicants will be expected to be immaculately attired as befits the Porsche brand.
**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
