Your Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal part in bringing our vision to life. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care and support to children, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Developing and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Establishing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a sense of community within the nursery.
- Monitoring and assessing children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that meets health and safety standards.
Compensation: £24,000 annual salary, calculated at £12.00 per hour based on 40 hours per week.
