Role Summary:

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in theatre nursing, with experience in scrubbing and leading teams. They will be able to demonstrate up-to-date clinical knowledge in acute settings and show evidence of continued professional development. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing clinical areas for surgical procedures
  • Working in recovery to treat post-operative patients
  • Providing scrub assistance to surgeons during operations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation on IT systems
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or ODP qualification
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • UK recognized registration
  • Theatre course or experience

Salary: £44,195 - £57,181 per annum (inclusive of Band 6 supplement)
