About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Data Administrator to join our team at Opensoft Systems Limited. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional data cleansing and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating contact information within our sales database.
  • Contacting organisations to verify contact details.
  • Running mail shots to specific groups of clients.
  • Answering incoming calls to the sales office.
  • Providing general office administrative support.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar data/administration role.
  • A clear and concise telephone manner.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases or similar.
