As a Catering Assistant at Anchor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality catering services to our residents. This includes ensuring that all food is prepared and served in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene procedures, minimising waste, and escalating any concerns or issues to the Chef Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 2 food safety certificate, experience of working in a catering environment, and knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment. You will also need to be able to work in a pressured environment, prioritise activities, and be flexible as part of a team.
