About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our care team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting residents with daily living tasks and activities
  • Following individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Providing one-to-one time and building strong relationships with residents

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience caring for older people. Empathy and compassion are essential qualities for delivering exceptional care and support.
