**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as an Advanced Care Practitioner for Colorectal Health. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing bowel cancer screening, conducting clinics, attending colonoscopy sessions, and processing histology outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Conduct nurse-led clinics and attend colonoscopy sessions.
  • Process histology outcomes and provide results to patients, including cancer diagnosis.
  • Support patients throughout the screening process and engage in health promotion.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified nursing professional with experience in gastrointestinal (GI) care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information to patients and colleagues.
  • Ambition to develop specialist skills and contribute to the success of our team.
