The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Northumbrian Roads. As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead commercial success by blending business development, customer management, and strategic growth.

You will be at the forefront of driving commercial strategy for Aggregate Industries' Asphalt sales and Contracting, nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-tier service, and uncovering growth opportunities across the North East region.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our services with market and customer needs, ensuring everyone is aligned with our vision. This role requires developing a diverse portfolio of clients, helping our business stay strong and adaptable in a rapidly changing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for Asphalt sales and Contracting
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in the North East region
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align our services with market and customer needs
  • Develop a diverse portfolio of clients to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Strong business development and customer management skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a commercial role

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
