**Key Responsibilities**
**Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and on-brand materials.
**Social Media Management**:
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns (paid and organic) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Compile and analyse data to assist in making informed marketing decisions.
**Campaign Coordination**:
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution.
- Work closely with team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining organised project files.
- Supporting and implementing changes on our CRM system (HubSpot) - full training will be provided.
- Data analysis through our account-based marketing software (Demandbase) to support the growing Sales Development team - full training will be provided.
**Requirements for Success**:
- College or CIM marketing qualifications, business, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Experience in sales coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and CRM management.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its functionalities.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
**Working Details**
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with flexible working hours.
**Location**:On-site**. Nestled within the grounds of Dunston Hall, Staffordshire, conveniently situated off J13 of the M6 with free on-site parking.
