Join Our Pizzeria Team as a Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Franco Manca in Brighton. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious Neapolitan sourdough pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and fun environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in pizza making. You will be working closely with our Head Pizza Chef to ensure that our pizzas are consistently of high quality.

Requirements

We are looking for a Pizza Chef who has:

  • Preferably having experience of working in a pizzeria or kitchen
  • Be capable of maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Pizza Chef
  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced but fun and friendly environment
