As a Pizza Chef at Rockwater, you will play a key role in our kitchen team, working alongside the kitchen management team to create amazing plates for our guests. You will uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, demonstrate proficiency in food preparation and presentation, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in food preparation and presentation to Rockwater standards.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Lead by example and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Collaborate with Senior Chefs to implement cost control measures and contribute to financial sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the Health & Safety Act 1974 and food hygiene regulations.
  • Take an active role in the training of new chefs and kitchen porters.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Pizza Chef in a premium high-volume venue.
