As a Senior Operations Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate issuance of high-quality compliant Insurance documentation. This role will be homeworking, allowing you to work in a flexible and autonomous environment.

Your New Role

As a Senior Operations Technician, you will be responsible for auditing and authorizing invoices and evidence of cover documentation, ensuring compliance with the Market Reform Contract Slip and associated instructions or schedules. You will also be responsible for demonstrating a working understanding of current Tax and VAT requirements associated with the successful completion of day-to-day activities and extensive knowledge of MRCs. Your excellent technical insurance knowledge and understanding of the industry and its regulators will be essential in this role.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working as a Technician within a Lloyd's Broker, handling classes such as Property, Liability, Marine, Construction, Financial Lines, and Fine Art. You will also need to have a strong understanding and experience in checking and auditing invoices and all types of evidence of cover documents. Your excellent attention to detail and accuracy, high level of accountability, self-motivation, ability to work with a degree of autonomy, strong computer and robust communication skills will be essential in this role.
