Bond Bryan is a design practice that specialises in creating innovative, sustainable solutions for buildings. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our project architects and studio Associates to deliver exceptional designs that meet our clients' needs. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in UK large-scale projects (£10M and above) and experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes. They should also have expertise in BIM and working in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical and functional design solutions, producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications, and engaging with clients and design teams to coordinate detailed design information. You will also ensure technical and regulatory compliance, including the golden thread.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, reviewed annually.
