**Job Title:** Project Director - Manufacturing

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Director - Manufacturing to join our team in West Yorkshire. As a leading Special Purpose Machinery manufacturer, we have a strong presence in various sectors, including Healthcare, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and more.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for managing all aspects of a project from sales through to commissioning. This includes coordinating kick-off meetings, working closely with the Engineering team to oversee design, and ensuring products are fabricated and assembled efficiently on projects worth up to £1 million.

A key aspect of this role is client communication, including regular meetings and visits that may require on-site travel throughout the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multi-skilled Engineering team consisting of Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Applications Engineers on complex machines and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • HNC/D or Degree in Engineering
  • Experience in a Manufacturing & Production Background
  • Proven experience in a Project Management Role
  • Requires Client Meetings / On-site Travel (Full UK Driving License)
