A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery in the UK seeks a seasoned project director to oversee complex projects from inception to delivery.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership and project management skills to manage all aspects of a project, including sales, client communication, and collaboration with the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects worth up to £1 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of a project from sales to delivery
  • Manage client communication, including meetings and site visits
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design, fabrication, and assembly meet client requirements
Requirements
  • HNC/D or degree in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and production management
  • Strong project management skills and experience in a similar role
  • Frequent travel to client sites required (full UK driving license)
