About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our Europe Head Office in Cambridge, UK. As a Technical Applications Scientist, you'll work closely with customers to provide exceptional technical support and guidance on Illumina products and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Illumina products and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
