Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing software development teams. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and build high-performing software development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to develop their technical skills and career goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote engineering best practices and drive technical innovation.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Work closely with product teams to champion the balance between short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider organization to achieve strategic objectives and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and driving technical excellence.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Natural ability to inspire and motivate engineers to achieve their best work.
  • Drive for continual learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and modern software development lifecycles.
  • Mastery in one or more programming languages (C#, C++, TypeScript, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead by example and exceed expectations.
