Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications at the National Theatre Productions (ntp). The successful candidate will develop and implement communication plans that effectively reach both staff and freelancers, ensuring organization-wide dissemination and alignment with the Internal Communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and produce content for the National Theatre's internal communication channels, including the intranet, staff newsletters, and internal emails.
  • Leverage insights from analytics and research to identify communication challenges, enhancing the team's ability to improve messaging, listening, and engagement across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather intelligence and develop a depth of understanding of organisational strategy options.
  • Craft engaging communications and storytelling that connects employees.
  • Understand and utilise different internal media and channels.
