International Internal Communications Specialist

BNY, London, United Kingdom

We are seeking a highly skilled International Internal Communications Specialist to join our International Communications team supporting EMEA and APAC. This role is located in London, Hybrid - 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on internal communications for EMEA and APAC, planning, writing, and promoting content for a range of internal communications channels.
  • Work with senior leaders in crafting communications to inform, inspire, and engage colleagues across International.
  • Produce creative content, considering new and innovative ideas to ensure maximum engagement with employees across multiple locations.
  • Support in organizing company events like town halls and executive visibility.
  • Ensure all internal communications content is engaging and has a consistent tone of voice, and internal and external messages are aligned.
  • Support with the internal communications response within issues management that affects organizational perception and reputation.
  • Partner with communications colleagues based in New York, London/Europe, and Hong Kong.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in communication, journalism / marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of proven experience in communication roles, with a focus on internal communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to inform communication strategies and enhance approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across geographies.
