CNC Turner Setter/Operator/Programmer

CNC Turner Setter/Operator/Programmer is a key role within our manufacturing team, responsible for setting machines using drawing and manufacturing data packs. The successful candidate will ensure that components are made to the required quality level and meet production targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Set and run a range of CNC machines, working with various materials, including brass and steel.

Interpret engineering drawings and design data.

Understand CNC programs (ISO or conversational).

Operate inspection & measuring equipment, including a CMM.

Demonstrate determination & high standards of workmanship.

Work as part of the wider business team.

Possess a good attitude, flexible to challenges and possible changes.

Perform any other ad hoc duties/tasks.
