Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will work closely with a great team to contribute to sales and profit goals, while sharing product and fashion knowledge with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and deliver a great customer experience that contributes to sales and profit goals.
  • You will give and receive honest feedback to support your own development and that of your colleagues.
  • You will follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all colleagues and customers.

Additional Information

Availability: 2-3 days fully flexible, weekends included.

We do not offer sponsorship for this position under the skilled worker route.
