About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic store team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers, helping them to find the perfect solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a high level of stockroom organization and efficiency
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store goals

  • You are a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.

Requirements:

  • You must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months
  • You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
