As a Public Health Engineer at Arup, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the delivery of remarkable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement sustainable water management systems
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to provide an integrated building services offering
- Work on a wide range of projects, from commercial and residential developments to hospitals and healthcare buildings, universities, and research facilities
- Develop and implement digital approaches to optimise designs
- Seek to improve existing ways of working, by finding efficiencies in processes
- A master's degree (or bachelor's at 2:1 or above) in Civil, Environmental, Architectural, Mechanical, Building Services, Water, Chemical or Process Engineering, or Chemistry, Maths, Physics, Sustainability or Hydrology
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Being organised in your approach to work and meeting deadlines
- Enthusiasm for a career in public health engineering, underpinned by an understanding of our sector and work
