Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Public Health Engineer to join our dynamic Building Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on Public Health services design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in leading and mentoring teams. You will be responsible for protecting and developing the quality of our designs, driving and delivering projects profitably, and supporting our work-winning activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects, both in the UK and internationally. You will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and innovation, and you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop a team of Public Health Engineers
  • Protect and develop the quality of our designs
  • Drive and deliver projects profitably
  • Support our work-winning activities
  • Liaise and interact with other UK Building Services teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience in leading and coordinating project delivery
  • Strong technical competence in Public Health services design
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to motivate and support multidisciplinary teams
