Join Our Team at The Compleat Food Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Technologist to join our New Product Development Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the NPD / EPD process from kitchen handover to launch in line with customer category plans.

You will lead the Process teams to move product from kitchen to factory, ensuring all aspects of product quality are met and delivers the agreed margin.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective delivery of the NPD / EPD process
  • Leading Process teams to move product from kitchen to factory
  • Ensuring product quality and delivering agreed margin
  • Leading process teams documentation to support product development
  • Launching product to agreed standards
  • Driving proactive process development initiatives
  • Supporting post-launch review and continuous improvement
  • Promoting health and safety culture

Requirements:

  • Passion for food and experience in food manufacturing
  • HACCP / Food Safety Training and basic knowledge
  • Experience working with own label chilled foods
  • Experience of dealing with customer relationships
  • Desirable: experience working in fried foods and HND/Degree in food based/manufacturing subject
