Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the service and breakdown repair of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostics systems used within pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

Liaising with a variety of external customer contacts, including laboratory managers and technicians from the NHS and private scientific organizations, is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair of high-value capital equipment
  • Liaising with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

We are seeking a competent field service engineer or technical support engineer with extensive experience working on high-value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics.
