We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special secondary school in West Bristol. The successful candidate will be working in a KS3 class with SEMH students, providing general classroom support and working closely with another TA.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH or ASD students, preferably in a secondary setting. They will be confident in de-escalation techniques and enjoy working with challenging behaviour.

This is a long-term role, starting from term 2, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

As a member of our team, you will be supported by our dedicated consultant and will have access to our Guarantee Pay Scheme opportunities, permanent job roles, and interview preparation advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general classroom support to SEMH students in a KS3 setting
