Job Description

As an English Teacher with Wayman Education, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction to students. Your passion for English and dedication to excellence will inspire young learners to develop a love for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must hold a relevant degree in English or a related field, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous teaching experience is advantageous, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic NQTs who demonstrate a genuine passion for English and a commitment to excellent teaching standards.
