Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Domino Printing Sciences. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our production processes, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products to our customers on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the daily and weekly manufacturing plan to achieve optimal resource utilization and meet production targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing management, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Significant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a chemical manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of modern manufacturing methods, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Focused Improvement, and 6S.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to engage, coach, and motivate a team.
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to demonstrate a commitment to improving efficiency and reducing waste.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and unexpected tasks.
