About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit team at East Lancashire Hospice. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and evaluate effective care programs for patients, ensuring their needs and choices are met.
- Deliver high-quality care to individual patients, adhering to legislation and best practice.
- Evaluate care delivered and make necessary changes to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize your workload and direct others as needed to ensure patient needs are met.
- Ensure patients and their carers receive the highest standards of care at all times.
