We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position with regular working hours, offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact, providing support by answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prioritize tasks based on information provided by clients.
  • Generate purchase order numbers for subcontractors.
  • Manage invoices and compliance.
  • Liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage complaints accordingly.
  • Log engineers' timesheets, holiday, and overtime.
  • Ensure contract work is completed within a timely manner.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on time.
  • Provide weekly/monthly/yearly reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including email, word processing, invoicing, and Excel.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Experience working within a Facilities Management environment, preferably with CAFM systems.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Financial background, including POs, invoices, budget reports, and cost-effectiveness of contracts.
