We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Blyton Court in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

Salary

The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour.

Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents with their day-to-day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.

You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Reliable, friendly and caring approach to help residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
  • Ability to support in-house activities and hobbies
  • Attentive and inspiring approach to help residents achieve more
