Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide person-centred care to residents
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' needs and develop effective care plans
  • Ensure that care services are delivered to a high standard, meeting the needs of residents and their families
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion within the care home
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home environment
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to engage with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
