About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team to ensure residents receive the best care and meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the nursing home operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to make clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
