Well-being Lead Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Well-being Lead to join our team at Harrier Grange Care Home. As a Well-being Lead, you will be responsible for creating meaningful experiences for our residents, building strong relationships with them, and planning activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with residents to understand their interests and life stories, enabling you to create personalized group activities and one-on-one sessions.
  • Lead the Team: Manage and inspire the Activities Team, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver exceptional activities.
  • Plan and Organize: Design and facilitate a variety of activities supported by evidence-based planning, ensuring they are both meaningful and enjoyable for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Community: Liaise with community groups to bring in fresh ideas and resources that enhance residents' experiences.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the care home's wellbeing and activity expenditure to ensure resources are used effectively.
