Role Requirements:

  • \
  • Lead end-to-end UX processes, from research to design, ensuring user insights influence product strategy and development.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.\
  • Have a solid understanding of user-centred design principles and how to integrate them into a product development process.\
  • Experience in designing for educational platforms or testing products is highly advantageous, but not essential.\
  • The salary for this position is up to £75,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus.\
  • We offer a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Pension, and several other benefits.\
  • The successful candidate will work remotely, with travel to London & Cambridge, and will move to 2 days per week in London in 2025.\

  • Key Responsibilities:\
    • \
    • Conducting user research, utilising a range of methods, including A/B testing, usability testing, interviews, and analytics.\
    • Design prototyping & wireframing, using tools such as Figma, Dovetail, and Jira.\
    • Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.\
    • Continuous discovery & improvement, leading ongoing discovery sessions to gather insights and refine the user experience based on user feedback and market needs.\
    • Advocating for user-centred design, championing best practices and ensuring designs reflect a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.\
    • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Education, Engineering, or a related field.\
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX Research and Design or similar roles, with a proven track record of leading design projects from inception through implementation.\
    • Extensive experience with user research methods, proficiency in design and prototyping tools, and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\
    • A solid understanding of user-centred design principles and how to integrate them into a product development process.\
    • Experience in designing for educational platforms or testing products is highly advantageous, but not essential.\
