Appoint Healthcare's private hospital in Norwich requires an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to contribute to our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position offers opportunities to work in a variety of surgical specialties, including orthopaedics, joint replacements, plastics, gynaecology, ENT, and general surgery.

Main Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation of patients for surgery, prioritising patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the theatre team to ensure smooth operating procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide post-operative care to patients, facilitating a seamless recovery process.
  • Participate in the effective management of theatre resources, contributing to the efficient running of sessions.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean operating environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • A minimum of 2 years UK experience in scrub nursing is required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising patient care and safety.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
