Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team at Connells in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
