Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our innovative tech start-up, IO Associates. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing, tech, and customer care teams to plan and execute email campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and send targeted email campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring the right people receive the right messages.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and optimize email campaigns, focusing on deliverability, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy and drive results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days on-site in Manchester, and the opportunity to grow into a 'head of' position within the next year.
