Project Manager - Exhibitions

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing quotes for clients and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of exhibition stands throughout the UK and Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our company. Supported by a team of Account Managers, Designers, Production Specialists, and Stand Builders, you will be empowered to achieve your goals and grow professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business.
  2. Managed projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  3. Ensured project budget accountability and maintained accurate records on software systems.
  4. Collaborated with the wider team to achieve best practice in planning, delivery, and client management.
  5. Completed health and safety documentation for each project as required.
  6. Traveled to events and client meetings as needed.
  7. Provided on-site project management and exhibitor liaison during build-up and breakdown.
  8. Managed contact with third-party contractors in the UK and overseas.
  9. Cross-checked the accuracy of 3D designs, visualisations, and working drawings.
  10. Maintained high standards of customer service and quality delivery.
  11. Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously.
  12. Acknowledged experience in managing exhibition stands from concept to completion.
  13. Demonstrated flexibility in travel and irregular working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  14. Exhibited outstanding communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  15. Held a full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

You will work closely with senior members of the team, including the Head of Project Management, Operations Director, Installation Manager, Logistics Manager, and the wider Project Management team, to deliver strategic objectives aligned with our vision and objectives for 2025.
