Inventory Manager

Nixor is at the forefront of innovation in the automotive industry.
We are seeking a Material Planner to join our team, responsible for analysing and responding to supply requirements from manufacturing and sales forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or NPI/launch environments and a proven track record in master production scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Analyse supply requirements from ERP systems to support production and NPI launches.
- Collaborate closely with schedulers to address shortages and resolve supplier issues.
- Oversee supplier compliance with EDI/ASN systems and drive improvements.
- Align supplier schedules with production demand, including volume changes and engineering updates.
- Develop and execute inventory burn-off plans for part transitions during new product introductions (NPI).
- Mitigate supplier costs for cancellations, excess inventory, and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier data to ensure accuracy and readiness for launches.
- Monitor shipments, resolve ASN errors, and track supplier OTIF performance.
- Actively support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
