Job ProfileAs a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you will play a crucial role within the Multi-Disciplinary Team, promoting the best interests of our patients and ensuring the effective implementation of prescribed nursing care.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe care environment, exercising professional accountability, and utilizing your skills, knowledge, and expertise in a dynamic and evolving setting, all within the scope of professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Engage patients in therapeutic activities and support their rehabilitation and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for both patients and team members.
- Adhere to NMC guidelines, organizational policies, and statutory regulations, particularly regarding risk assessment.
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing completion of your nursing degree/master's.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional practices.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Ability to develop and utilize flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
