Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN Experience)

Location: Windsor

Contract Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support our team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in creating a nurturing learning environment, adapting classroom activities, and providing one-on-one support to pupils with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)
  • Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies
  • Confidence in providing 1:1 and group interventions
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Relevant qualifications desired (e.g., CACHE Level 3 or equivalent)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
