Job Summary:

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our organization's short and long-term financial plans, shaping management reporting, and being involved in strategic project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Lead the long-term strategic and financial planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes. This involves setting timetables, designing and implementing approaches, coordinating delivery across business units, consolidating and reporting submissions, and providing presentational output for signing off plans.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare the Group weekly and monthly performance reporting, used for Executive and Board meetings, working closely with the Group CFO. Clear and concise communication of financial information and insights is crucial to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Participate in ad-hoc strategic projects, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal for new initiatives, acquisitions, or capital projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help drive continuous improvement across the finance function, simplifying core processes and improving financial planning, reporting, and cash management.
