Job Description

**Group FP&A Manager Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance management team at Investigo. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the financial future of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our short and long-term financial plans, creating management reporting, and driving strategic project work such as mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Deputy to the Group Financial Controller**: Provide cover as needed and support the Group Financial Controller in their duties.
  • **Financial Planning**: Lead the long-term strategic and financial planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting. This involves setting timetables, designing and implementing approaches, coordinating delivery across business units, consolidating and reporting submissions, and providing presentational output for signing off plans.
  • **Financial Reporting**: Prepare the Group weekly and monthly performance reporting, used for Executive and Board meetings, working closely with the Group CFO. Clear and concise communication of financial information and insights is crucial to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
  • **Strategic Decision Support**: Involved in ad-hoc strategic projects, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal for new initiatives, acquisitions, or capital projects.
  • **Continuous Improvement**: Help drive continuous improvement across the finance function, simplifying core processes and improving financial planning, reporting, and cash management.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Accountant with strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to influence and drive change.
