**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Manage ledgers and financial transactions, maintaining records of invoices, payments, and transactions
* Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements, to provide valuable insights to our stakeholders
* Prepare and update expense reports, processing reimbursements and ensuring timely payment
* Review and file payroll documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
**Requirements**
* Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with accounting software and systems
